Plot: The 11th Hour is a movie originally titled as I Am Here and is screened at fantastic fest. The movie is about a mother who desire to create a new life and to give this essence love to their child. It is a story about a mother who went so far to have a child in order to
fulfill her wish. A mother named marie and her husband, peter, having everything they need to be happy but the eight miscarriages bring the sad news to marie that they could never have children. She never admit to this bad news and went on east to a place where young prostitutes sell their children to foreigners. After here, a walk of a mother started to have her own child to whom she could shed everything.
Anders Morgenthaler’s is particularly convincing in the first half with finely drawn characters and an interesting topic , but unfortunately Morgenthaler mired in too many turns that anything appear as credible and comprehensible to the end. This Drama started with the fear of a mother and ends with a thriller. Here is very much destroyed towards the end of this exactly described atmosphere when suddenly third parties begin to come into focus and a turn is initiated , which would have not compel in the existing form of this film. Apart from that – far from being satisfactory – from turn towards the end again , so can convince with a very solid performance , which one would you now no longer have expected. She plays the vulnerable and for all determined woman absolutely believable , their facial expressions it is above all uncertainty of when they leave for example, and left alone in the Czech Republic is on the road , unable to assess the current situation with a clear head.
