Plot: Sandra is a young struggling woman . She has just lost her job from her company for solar modules. Her seniors and other employees have faced with a choice: either Sandra leaves the company or any receive annual bonus of one thousand euro.

Money or solidarity? She was sick for a long time due to severe depression, her performance is already in question. But Sandra does the job and does not want to be beaten so easy: Together with a colleague she can force new elections because Vorarbeite Jean some employees has made fear.
