Some time ago I had seen Adam Scott tweet this acronym, and now I see that it was his new movie, meaning Adult Children of Divorce (Adult Children of Divorce) trailer that debuted a week ago and I hope to see you soon.
It is a comedy written and directed by Stu Zicherman, who was one of the creators and writers of Six Degrees of Separation, a series of a season that had some time on cable and I loved it.
The slogan is “It ruined a perfectly good divorce”, and the plot is about a child of divorced parents who, knowing that his brother marries boy, begins to delve into the consequences suffered the divorce of his parents in his life. They also act Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jessica Alba, Amy Poehler and Jane Lynch, among others.
Carter (Adam Scott) is a grown man who discovers belatedly that unknowingly participated in a study on the behavior of children of divorced parents. The same organizers of the study walk looking for him to draw the conclusions of this study many years later. The situation does not leave Carter amazed. When his little brother present to his bride’s family, this ensures that his divorced parents want to get back together, making friction generated could explode.
