Plot: ALOHA constitute efficient work of cameron crowe but the story results in movie are too complex rather than attractive. In this movie Brian Gilcrest play role of military
official. His career was a disaster throughout his life till he met a very strict fighter pilot Allison Ng. Through out the movie the direction moves from comedy to romance. General Dixon earns number of good laughs.
The Hawaiian mythology presented within the film appears to be going nowhere. The military plot with the weapon covered space get awkward at times, but seeing the movie as comedy,it must be intentional. But the tone can get perplexed since alot of serious moments can be seen between Cooper’s Gilcrest and Stone’s Ng.
Overall the movie is themed upon romance but the actors couldn’t make this romance energetic or sparkling which we think is not enough to tie things together in Aloha.
